Richmond, VA -- The
guys knocked off #1 ranked Hanover, 51-22, and Private School
State Champions, St. Chris, 46-26, in the final of the St. Chris Duals
yesterday. In pool action, Dale defeated a tough Oscar Smith team,
38-30, and then stomped George Marshall, 64-11, to advance into the
finals.
Kyle Felter (125), Sam Jones (140),
Philip White (145), John Dommert (160), and Patrick
O'Brien (189) all went undefeated in the tournament. Both
White and Dommert defeated higher ranked opponents in the Hanover dual.
The victory over Hanover in the final match was also Coach Chris
Persing's 100th career win.
