DOMMERT
AND DIAMOND LEAD KNIGHTS AT SUPER 32 01.31.2009

Despite a
disappointing 14th place team finish at the Free Lance Super 32
this past weekend, 5 Knight wrestlers finished in the elite 8 of
the tournament. Place finishes included: Drew Zoller (112)
-8th, James White (125) - 7th, Brandon Diamond (140) - 3rd, John
Dommert (171) - 3rd, and Mike Edmunds (189) - 7th.
After winning their fifth straight Central District Duals title,
the team will be looking to make it four straight Central District
Tournament titles when they compete this coming weekend at Matoaca
High School. Dinwiddie, Matoaca, and Hopewell look to be
Dale's toughest competition for the team title. Wrestling
will begin at 10 AM.
